If you have a query or complaint about a vape product you purchase from our website or in store, please give us a call or send us an email and we would be happy to help resolve the complaint or query.

Once you contact us, we aim to get the complaint or query resolved within 48 hours and where we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone or via email, we will provide you with further details on how to return the item to us.

RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE 0R IN STORE

Items purchased online or in-store can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of delivery.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and complete with all the information materials and accessories.

Returned items must be received within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

Please Note: Our returns policy does not cover e-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes, mod batteries, atomiser heads, drip tips and refill pods that have been opened, for health and hygiene reasons as they are oral products.

Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy. If you have received items and you are unsure of how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in-depth information - we'd be happy to help!

FAULTY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

If an item purchased is faulty or you are having problems with an item you have purchased, please submit a support ticket via the contact form or give us a call on 01189967352. A team member will help resolve the problem or supply you with the necessary return forms.

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received, we will confirm receipt of the item. We will then inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Where you prefer a replacement of the item, we will ship out a replacement within 3-5 days and in the event, you prefer a cash refund, we will initiate a refund to your account within 3-5 days depending on your original method of payment.
