Electronic-cigarette kits, mods, and batteries comprise of different parts and as such these parts are subject to different warranty periods. This is due to the fact that some parts are consumable and oral products, these parts include batteries, drip tips, clearomisers, and disposable kits.
VAPE KITS AND MODS
Vape kits and mods have a warranty period of 6 months, from the date of receipt of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, and damage caused by wear and tear. The warranty covers manufacturer faults, which include electrical, mechanical and technical faults. In the event of any of such faults, we would request that you send the device back to us, for assessment. A replacement kit would be sent out to you within 3 days, provided the fault is mechanical, electrical or technical fault associated with the manufacturer, and not user-related fault.
External batteries have a 60 days warranty, from the date of receipt of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages to the battery due to misuse or mishandling, general wear, and tear. In the event you purchase a faulty battery, please contact us stating the fault and we will assess the fault and where the fault is manufacturer related, we would replace the battery within 48 hours.
We offer a 12 months warranty on battery chargers, from the date of receipt of purchase. This warranty does not cover faults associated with misuse, damage or wear and tear. It only covers manufacturer related fault. Where a battery charger is faulty, we would request that you return the charger back to us in its packaging for assessment, after which a replacement battery charger would be sent out within 3 – 5 days.
E-LIQUID / PODS / DISPOSABLE E-CIG KITS / TANKS / CLEAROMISERS / DRIP TIPS
Disposable vape kits, Drip Tips, E-liquid Tanks, Clearomisers and Pods are not covered under any warranty as they are oral and consumable products and are sold in sealed packs. The exception only applies where there is a manufacturer's fault with an item. If an item purchased is deemed to be faulty, please contact Variety E-Vape within 2 days of receiving the purchase and we would endeavour to resolve the issue very speedily.
Where there is a shipping error or missing item in an order, please contact us immediately, as we would endeavour to rectify the error immediately.
